SECTION 5 – Description of the Service
Image Resize offers a subscription-based service for image editing.
The contract between Image Resize and the buyer will be in the language of the buyer's country of origin. The purchase process is as follows:
- Register on the Website with a username and password.
- Select a payment plan from the Prices section to receive credits. Each credit allows editing one image.
- After subscribing, access an administration panel that includes:

- A "My Account" section to modify account preferences or delete the account.
Upon subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to the provided email address, detailing the service, cancellation process, amount, applicable taxes, payment method, and applicable terms.
SECTION 5.1 – Subscription
The subscription varies by plan and auto-renews until terminated. Unless canceled, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the cancellation link in your administration panel or by contacting [email protected]. Access to the service continues until the end of the billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 6 – Price and Taxes
Prices for services are listed in euros (€) or the currency of the buyer's country, including Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable at the time of purchase.
We offer a 7 days trial period at 0.99 US$ and after that you will be charged 49.90 US$ each month
Depending on your country of residence or status, the transaction may be exempt from VAT, which may alter the final price. VAT-exempt buyers must provide their VAT/NIF number via email to [email protected] to exclude VAT from purchases.
Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as IMAGE RESIZE or IMAGE-RESIZE.NET.
SECTION 7 – Payment Method
Payments can be made by credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway using SSL technology to ensure data transmission security.
SECTION 8 – Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
SECTION 8.1 – Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the digital image resizing service, the right of withdrawal does not apply
For EU customers, by subscribing, you consent to immediate access to the service and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), confirmed during signup.
SECTION 8.2 – Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, regardless of the chosen plan, to the extent permitted by law. The service cannot be transferred to other users. You may use the service until the end of the contracted period.
SECTION 9 – Validity of Offers
Services and their prices are available for purchase as long as they are listed in the service catalog on the Website. Image Resize reserves the right to modify services and prices based on market conditions without prior notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, price errors may occur and will be corrected promptly but are not binding.

The purchase process and data transmission are secured using the SSL protocol. While we strive to ensure service security, Image Resize cannot guarantee absolute future security.
